Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TableShift ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TableShift provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform including reservation management, customer relationship management, analytics, floor plan tools, and AI-powered operational features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
TableShift is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is per location per month. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Platform Fees
TableShift retains 8% of no-show fees and 10% commission on pre-orders placed through the B2C customer app. Deposit freeze/unfreeze operations carry 0% platform fee. All fees are transparently displayed in your dashboard.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users' use of the Service, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to TableShift. We do not claim ownership of your restaurant data, customer records, or business information. You may export your data at any time.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of your current billing period. You may request a data export before termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TableShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
